I have been staying at this hotel for approximately three months, and my experience has been excellent throughout. The staff is extremely polite, mature, and calm in their approach. I have not faced any issues during my stay. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and very comfortable. The restaurant offers top-quality food with great taste and consistency. The chef regularly checks for feedback, and the staff provides outstanding service. The food is delicious and of high quality. Both I and my entire team have had a wonderful experience here. Special thanks to the Phoenix management and the entire team for providing such excellent service and a memorable stay 👍

Had an average stay at the resort. The rooms were decent but could use better maintenance and attention to detail. The food was okay—nothing exceptional, just average in taste.. The ambiance was pleasant, but overall the experience was below my expectations.. With some improvements in room quality and food, it could be much better.

Meraki Restaurant is best for lifetime memory. Food was too good Italian and indian food was mind blowing🤯 taste specially Italian taste in rajkot. So good. All staff of restaurant was good and Chandana, Abhishek, Chandan Sir, Hemanshu Sir was very help full and giving attention to all guest. And we taste many mocktails also that was also good Atmosphere is so good Restaurant was Good Keep it Up

I'll give 5 for dining. Staff behaviour and attitude is best. Food is genuinely good. Ambience is best out of the whole thing. One thing is missing that menu form should be change. This type of menu form is also available with 180 rs unlimited dish dining hotels. Jus jokin.. evrything is best. 😊👍

We recently hosted our daughter's wedding at Phoenix Resort, Rajkot, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The venue is beautiful, spacious, and has a lovely atmosphere . The entire hotel staff was extremely courteous, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. From smooth coordination to timely service, everything was handled flawlessly, which allowed us to enjoy the functions without any stress. Special mention about the food which was absolutely delicious - our guests kept on praising the flavours and variety along with the ambiance and hospitality throughout. Special thanks to Mr Jagdish Bhai & Mr Nitesh bhai for their impeccable coordination and thoughtful understanding . They were consistently approachable and easy to communicate with throughout the events Thank you, Phoenix Resort, for making the wedding celebrations memorable and so special for our family. Highly recommended!

Visited this restaurant recently, and it turned out to be one of the best dining experiences in Rajkot. The place has a beautiful ambience — calm, spacious, and perfect for family or group dinners. It’s a little away from the city, but absolutely worth the drive. The Cottage Paneer Pesto from the starters and the Paneer Methi Garlic Masala from the Punjabi section were the real highlights. Both dishes were packed with flavour and perfectly cooked. Special mention to Manager Rajdeep, who helped us with a group booking for 10 people and personally guided us to try some of their best dishes. His hospitality made the whole experience even better. Overall, a great combination of nice vibe, excellent food, and warm service. Highly recommended!

We, a family of 20 members, came from Bhavnagar and Ahmedabad for a 3-day stay at Phoenix Resort in a villa. The hospitality was excellent — clean rooms, nice amenities, and polite staff. The best part was the jain food — a huge menu with great taste and new items every day in brunch and dinner. Each meal had nearly 30–40 delicious options.

The team here has a good sense of timing and manners. They checked in when needed, gave space when needed and kept everything organised. It’s rare to see such consistency across the entire staff. Especially staff like Sonu, Geeta and Saloni are too cooperative
