The journey began in the year 2016 with the grand opening of Pepperazzi- The Diner. This franchise was brought to Rajkot by the owner of Masala Diaries - Mr. Maulick Sheth. This was followed by commencement of premium outdoor catering in the same year.
The year 2019 saw the rise of the brand ‘Masala Diaries’ which was immediately followed with a tie-up with Phoenix Resort. Masala Diaries became the official F&B partner for Phoenix Resort in 2019
The goals were never short term and therefore, in the year 2020, Pepperazzi- The Diner gave way to Maulick’s very own brand - DownTown RestroCafe, Rajkot’s first-of-its-kind retro-themed restaurant.
More ventures are on the horizon. By the end of 2021, Masala Diaries will have it’s new venture - Cannoli the Bakery.

The food was really great starting from starter, main course and then dessert... The ambience and atmosphere is also very familiar... Staff - Gaurav, Sanju and Ashish and entire staffs are so friendly and kind... All over nice experience to enjoy...
It was good. Quite an extraordinary experience to have. Especially the service, Sushil and Rohit and all the other staff is great. I hope the restaurant goes on the same way and gets great success
The food and the ambience of the restaurant is amazing and it is best place to go for family dinner i would say ! The person serving us was Mohit and he was so kind, calm and also took care of how the food tasted, he made the experience even better at the phoenix! Ill also say that mohit bhai was a generous person and i really appreciate him for the service he offered

Excellent food. Did not stay though. But rooms were in good condition from outside. Swimming pool was awesome for kids and adults. Mr. Sushil and Mr. Rohit were very courteous and cautious. All in all awesome place.
It is one of the best in the city as far as the amenities they have.....nice interior and very huge banquet halls with cooling facilities....nice cafeteria and rooms are very large have enough space with good furniture and also with nice and clean bed....now come to the swimming pool ...it is really clean and well maintained...I like the wall which shows climbing was very unique concept....I came here to attend a family function...they are having good seating arrangements...but I suggest them to prepare live food items outside the banquet hall or inside the kitchen area as it smells in entire hall.... quality of food is good but it can be better compare to other similar kind of places...service is also good.... overall a good place to relax ,enjoy and fun with family and friends....
