Terms & Conditions
➢ Hotel Standard Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.

➢ Early check-in and late check-out are available on subject to availability.

➢ Guests are not allowed to bring food and beverage from outside in the Resort or order food from outside the Resort.

➢ The Resort undertakes no liability for the shelf life of the food which is taken away to the Resort after an event at the Resort or taken outside the Resort for private consumption.

➢ In case of conflict in the actual bill provided to you after the receipt of services, the terms of the bill will prevail.

➢ If you have any allergies, sensitivities or intolerance to, but not limited to: a particular fabric, material, cleaning product or food, it is not Resort’s responsibility to advise Resort management prior to arrival.

➢ All offers made by phoenix resort are without obligation and phoenix resort expressly reserves the right to change the prices, in particular if this is necessary as a result of statutory or other regulations.

➢ In certain cases, promotional prices apply. These prices are valid only during a specific period as long as stocks last. No entitlement to these prices may be invoked before or after the specific period.

➢ All prices are Excluding GST.

➢ Methods of payment we accept: cash, visa, Mastercard and Application.

➢ Children up-to 5 Years of age can stay free (cribs subject to availability). Additional charges may be applicable for children between 5 and 12 years. 13 years will be charged as per extra adult rate.

➢Non-Veg. food & Alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited.

➢Pets & Weapons are not allowed.
